Sales in the Deschutes County market rose to 33 homes sold over the last 30 days, while the number of sellers reducing their list prices reached 33, which continues a determined upward trend in price reductions. The median sales price climbed to $300,000 over the latest reporting period for Deschutes County, up from $295,000.
